Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using LazyCreators, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.

3. Products & Purchases

• All sales are final. Digital products are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation.
• Free products can be claimed once per account.
• Prices are set by contributors and may change at any time.
• Products are licensed for personal or commercial use as specified by the contributor.

4. Contributor Agreement

• Contributors retain ownership of their work.
• Contributors grant LazyCreators a license to distribute, market and deliver their products.
• Contributors are responsible for ensuring their products do not infringe third-party rights.
• Contributors receive payouts after a review period as outlined in the contributor dashboard.
• We reserve the right to remove products that violate our policies.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or sell:

• Stolen, pirated or plagiarized material.
• Malware, viruses or malicious code.
• Content that violates applicable laws or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Products with fake reviews or misleading descriptions.

6. Downloads & Access

• Download links are lifetime access but limited to 20 downloads per product.
• Access is limited to 3 devices per account for security purposes.
• Download links are personal and may not be shared or redistributed.

7. Payments

• Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.
• We do not store credit card information.
• All prices are displayed in NGN.

8. Limitation of Liability

LazyCreators is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform or the products sold on it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, access to purchased products may be revoked for accounts terminated due to policy violations.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
